Rich Geruson Advisory Board Member
Rich Geruson is the Chief Executive Officer of VoiceSignal, the world leader in voice recognition for mobile devices. During his career, Rich has held senior executive positions at Nokia, IBM, Toshiba as well as the management-consulting firm, McKinsey & Company. As Senior Vice President for Nokia Mobile Phones in the Americas, Rich grew the business ten-fold to six and a half billion dollars and tripled in market share. Total brand awareness grew five-fold, helping Nokia became the fifth most valuable brand in the world. As one of the youngest Vice Presidents at IBM, Rich expanded worldwide indirect revenue for IBM's networking business over 90%, resulting in total revenue of over 1 billion dollars. Rich received his Ph.D. in Business from Oxford University, and was employed as a research member of the faculty at Harvard Business School, where he authored the highly regarded book: A Theory of Market Strategy, published by Oxford University Press. |
