She's tried a lot of headsets including Plantronics and she didn't like all the earpiece sticking deep inside the ear canal. I decided to try the GL Dual 2 (unheard brand) with Costco's reputation and refund policy to back it up. The headset was easily recognized and hook up both to my phone and computer at same time w/ its dual connection feature. I only have it for 1 hour so I don't know its reliability but so far so good. It looks sophisicated w/ built quality. It performs at it's advertised. The earpiece fits very comfortably w/ the earhook (note: this headset must be worn w/ earhook for fitting). It is very light and you hardly notice anything in/on your ear. The tiny multipurpose button is very easy to press. I hooked up the bluetooth and call my home phone. Had my son screaming in the background and amazingly only my home phone pick up the noise why the bluetooth mic. hardly pickup thanks to the noise-cancellation (awesome)."
